Our Products
Our products are All Natural and we use only the highest quality ingredients.
No Trans Fats, No Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives, Kosher
Our cookies come individually frozen so you can bake one at a time or the whole batch – they are toasterovenable! If you don’t bake them all – no problem just put the rest back in the freezer. We use real butter and load them with both semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. They go from freezer to oven – no mess – just warm delicious cookies like mom used to make.
The Ice Cream we use for our Sandwiches is Premium Vanilla Bean. And of course, since we were originally a cookie company, we use real butter in these cookies too. It is the only way to get that homemade taste we all crave. This is unheard of in the ice cream novelty business.

Ice Cream Sandwich
Peanut and/or Tree Nut Allergy Information
We use two plants to produce our ice cream sandwiches, one to make and bake the cookies and the other to put together the cookies with the ice cream. The lines used to produce our products are nut free as they do not produce any products containing peanut or tree nuts on them. However they do occasionally produce peanut and tree nut products within the same building on different lines. The chocolate we use is Blommer, which claims to be nut free. The ice cream comes straight from the dairy so that too is nut free. I have not yet researched the dry ingredients for the cookie.
Initially it was my goal to label our product as “nut free” but at this time with the plants occasionally producing nut products on a different line in conjunction with the severity of peanut allergens associated with minute amounts of peanut protein capable of producing an allergic reaction prevent me from guaranteeing that our ice cream sandwiches are “nut free”
